Join us as a Transformation & Change Lead

  • This is an opportunity to be instrumental in delivering simple, quicker and more sustainable outcomes for the business and our customers
  • We’ll be asking you to design and implement transformation and change projects across the Private Banking & Wealth Management (PB&WM) change portfolio, in line with our overall strategic direction
  • Expect to grow your network and gain significant exposure in this role, as you work with the Head of Strategy Delivery and wider senior management team within business lines to steer the strategic vision for the PB&WM business
  • This is a remote-first role, so you’ll spend most of your time at home, working with your team digitally and coming into the office twice a month when you need to collaborate closely with your colleagues

What you'll do

We’ll be looking to you to drive forward and lead the initiation, design and effective implementation of all aspects of transformation and change in PB&WM. You’ll take the lead on all key transformation and change projects and workstreams, making sure that future state plans include appropriate people, location and infrastructure and risks are proactively identified and managed.

As well as this, you’ll be:

  • Negotiating with and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continuous engagement across a breadth of projects and workstreams
  • Overseeing the production of regular updates and project plans to senior management
  • Driving execution projects that contribute to the PB&WM strategic vision and future state, creating and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement
  • Tracking the progress and results for the transformation and change projects, using data and customer insight to monitor the quality and effectiveness of outcomes
  • Gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement in the quality of change implementation

The skills you'll need

To make an impact with us, PB&WM experience is essential to understand the complex and evolving needs of high net worth (HNW) clients, navigate specific regulatory requirements, and manage the operational intricacies unique to this environment. Your strong stakeholder management skills will be key in this role, as will your ability to influence at executive and senior manager level and collaborate at different levels.

You’ll also need:

  • Knowledge and experience of project management and implementing operational and behavioural change across diverse teams
  • Experience of relevant regulatory and statutory obligations, risk management and internal governance framework
  • Strong communication skills and experience of producing recommendation papers for executive and senior audiences
  • Good people skills with the ability to translate vision and get buy-in across diverse teams
