Earlier this year we published our gender pay gap report for 2022. With a mean gender pay gap of 2.8%, Baxter significantly outperforms the national average of 8.3% for the same time period. We believe in an inclusive culture and are committed to ensuring we have gender balance and representation at all levels of our organisation.
