Poor management/leadership team, very political, company culture pressures everyone to take on even more work and they frame it as “stretch assignments” which is really just more work for no more pay
Need to serve customers tea and water. Many protocols to adhere to. Having a work mobile essentially means there's no "off-work" hours. Need to share feedback during briefing/debriefing everyday, but we can only have positive feedbacks and absolutely no negative remarks are permitted.
