What is the hiring process like at Estée Lauder Companies?

Pay for an intern is amazing! Not to mention the work experience and living in New York was an experience of a lifetime

Interview process was a bit unorganized

I was placed on a makeup brand and I had a wonderful experience where I led many projects and was able to present to my VP. My team and manager was amazing! 3 days in and 2 days remote

There is not a placement for seniors in college and the selection process for the PA program is not the best and they will not update your application or reach back out to you. I had a recommendation letter from my manager as well.

Relaxed environment if you have a good team. Trained very well and good communication between company and employees

Used to be a good place to work but that is no longer the case and that won’t change anytime soon. Been on a hiring freeze for the past 2-3 years (although HR won’t actually acknowledge this) and frequent layoffs. Workloads doubled and salaries haven’t changed in years (bonuses, which should be a big portion of total comp, are dismal based on company performance). Senior management isn’t capable of decisiveness so work is done and redone ad nauseam.
