      Pros

The pay is good, the hiring process is reasonable and the people are great.

      Cons

The work-life balance is better than what I've heard of other trading firms, but it's still a trading company.

      Pros

Super smooth interview process no complaints

      Cons

Almost no complaints besides being very difficult

      Great Culture and Compensation

      Pros

Incredible compensation for software engineers, especially relative to large tech companies. Fantastic culture - feels like working for a tech company.

      Cons

Performance process is pretty opaque (mostly people don’t mind because the pay numbers that come out of it are so high). Hours are on the longer side for tech (9 hour days are standard), but this is short for a trading company.
