There’s frequent changes in planograms of the aisle and can be frustrating for customers. For managers there are no set schedules which is the biggest con, makes it hard to have a work life balance.

Solid Benefits, But Work-Life Balance Needs Improvement

      Store manager
      Former employee
      Portugal
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Good salary for Portuguese average salaries and cost of living. Also, good benefits such as a company-provided personal car with a fuel allowance and a good medical plan. Career development programs.

      Cons

No work-life balance due to continuous rotating shifts, with a schedule from Monday to Sunday, between 5 AM and 10 PM. Poor investment in human resources, causing shifts to extend to 10-hour shifts several times.
