Does LyondellBasell have a pension plan?

Great company, pay is fair, offers healthcare, 401k and pension benefits. plenty of opportunity for advancement if you are in the right department or are an engineer.

I can only attest to my own experience in my department but the managers I have had are not invested in getting to know their employees or developing them. No career path discussions or opportunity for advancement.

The amount of employee benefits. They offer 401k match as well as a pension plan even for entry level employees. They allow you to stay on training until you are confident and ready.

To many bosses, makes it difficult to know who you should listen to. Pay is based off of time with the company and how many skills you have learned. Just because you work harder than someone else doesn't mean you will get paid more. Management clearly has there favorites who can get away with anything.

Bad managers will ruin everything, pretend to be a good leader in meetings with higher ups, yet only look after themselves . Company performance keeps sliding, bonus were not paid at target rates.
