Around 60 calls per day, mostly outbound without knowing who we had to call, it is a blind system, we had to improvise over the phone. Sometimes the system made us call customers that already paid, and if a customer wanted to pay but was not able within a week we had to stalk them every 3 days. Sometimes the system made us call customer with locked accounts for years. Last important point: Paypal didn't include into Terms and Agreement nor into the official website how the IBAN payment works that can cause the negative balance
