What is the salary like at Ralph Lauren?

People are incredibly friendly, collaborative, and workload is easy to manage if you are on top of things and have a good manager. Pay is pretty good, and insurance is great and partially covered by company.

Very slow progression. Will try to squeeze as much out of you as possible before they promote you. Headcount is tightly managed at every level.

The work environment was good; everything was kept neat and clean.

Personally, I didn't think HR did much back then. They only organized company events, and people were required to participate, which wasn't very pleasant. The salary for interns was quite low compared to other companies at similar levels. Considering Ralph Lauren's name, it was laughable.
