Sometimes Roche moves very very slow. They are a methodical company so don’t expect to get things done fast

Employees are responsible for own growth, meaning there is no clear growth path provided by the company,

good pay, all your time off gets approved, great work colleges, great culture and social events

as a contractor: NO paid time off, must work on site while FTE work from home. Limit in your ability of owner ship in projects and things you are allowed to contribute to work, many limits on forwarding your career

Good benefits, salary isn't bad, incentive to grow or branch out within business.

Hard time getting recognized for doing the extra mile if you are not sucking up to someone. Very clicky in some departments. Business structure or processes change too frequently not giving enough time for employees to get used to the changes before they want to improve it again.
