The panel is not even qualified to take technical interviews. How can a 5 YOE interview a 14+ YOE guy is beyond my imagination. The entire interview process sucks and so it boils down to wrong tagging to that project where they make us work as a developer instead. Same happens with Digital Datamatics Bangalore office where they tell us work on a different technical skillset like Mobile SDK or Golang etc
