Pros
-Flexible schedule depending on location and management
-Solid coworker pact when you find the right people to associate yourself with
-Closing shifts are relatively simple once a routine is established
Cons
-Catty and rude coworkers more often than not
-Management acting as if they are superior to you as opposed to working as a team
-Morale is very low, prone to drama and arguments over work ethic and rumors
-Chance of unstable hours and no set schedule
-Hours being cut randomly due to high volume of new workers being filtered into the schedule unnecessarily
-Area coaches and regionals causing unnecessary stress and surveilling the building
-Audit season causing increased amount of tension and pressure, never a set date or reasonable window of time
-Poor management with little to no regard for their crew, blame shifting onto said crew in the process
-Lack of accountability within crew
-Lack of support system
-No real sense of communication within the building, nobody seems to want to solve issues head on and keep the peace
-Overall toxic environment built on fear mongering from higher ups and constant pressure from management over times
-Too fast paced and lack of regard for honest mistakes being made, crew are essentially penalized for things outside of their control when times are red
-Customer service requirements are unrealistic, fake and robotic via corporate heightening expectations far beyond what the pay is
-Considerably mediocre pay for what the job entails
-Building continues to run while actively under construction or prolonged services via cleaning of the building, fixing of appliances, etc, causing additional stress to crew that are made to work around an obstacle of outside general service workers making reforms to the building
-Once building is closed for any reason along the lines of being shut down temporarily, crew’s jobs are threatened if they do not continue their originally scheduled shifts at random locations they do not belong to
-excessive attitude and pressure from DoorDash and Doordashers in general alike
