I have been working at Taco Bell full-time for less than a year

    Pros

free lunch, good co-workers, good work culture, good managers

    Cons

you have to know what you don't know and do self-training asking the co-workers. There is no formal training. Might get frustrated in first few days as you don't know what you don't know.

    Advice to Management

along with showing slides in the laptop, give a quick induction to the new team members by showing how you do things in the kitchen and front other than leaving them on self-training which makes life difficult for new and old members both in a busy period.
