Does Xerox offer relocation assistance?

Pros

They have a good benefits package and a decent amount of vacation time.

Cons

The lowest level employees are meaningless and replaceable and they charge you to use their vehicle.

Advice to Management

Show employees that they are valued.

Does Xerox offer dental insurance?

Pros

I don't think there are any left.

Cons

Low raises, no room for advancement, medical coverage was horrible and expensive. Cut 401k match and have to work through the year to get matched. Luckily I moved on before the temporary furlough that turned permanent for so many people. Do not accept a field position at this company unless YOU are using it as a stepping stone. They do not care about their employees and it shows.

Advice to Management

Your field technicians are the backbone of your company. Quit treating them as if they're disposable.

Does Xerox have a pension plan?

Pros

Corporate benefits, decent management, good support network, good pension

Cons

Always crying poverty, engineer cars at 200k miles and 7 years old, falling apart. Quick to stamp out dissent.

Pros

Access to a wealth of information and some resources

Cons

no paid paternity leave, or tuition reimbursement support. Lethargic in paying competitive remuneration. Internal jobs are hard to get.

It take a long time to get contracts to customer, management can bog down sales cycles, dying industry
