Interview
There are 3 rounds:
1st round is self introduction and basic questions just to check your communication abilities.
2nd round is online test..you wil be given briefing about this test before appearing for online test...the test will be of max 2 hrs.
3rd round opz round...you have to talk to HR manager..he wil ask you questions on the basis of your resume skills.
They are communicating very friendly but they need efficient skills and they are conducting various rounds for their candidates such as essay writing and vocabulary and so on and providing good opportunity

Interview
There are three rounds.
First-round was to give a Computer-based test in which questions are based on communication skills.
The second round was to give a mobility written test in which technical skills are tested.
The third round was the HR round which is face to face to give an interview.
Each round is the elimination round.
The three rounds typically take a whole day to complete. One can expect 8 to 10 hours to complete three rounds.
The first round is the only longer one that lasts for 6 hours i.e., in instructions, availability of the system, giving actual test (1 hour), generation of results, calling for the technical test, etc.
