3 steps 1. video chat where you have to record your answers 2. IQ-like test 3. Group interview including group coding, learning, test and activities. Very easy and relaxed atmosphere.

Question 1
Tell me about a situation when you had to learn something in a short period of time
There were 3 rounds, all online. First was an aptitude assessment (MCQs), second was video interview wherein they asked common questions like tell me about yourself, last round was a group interview where they judged how well you work in teams. The entire team is very supportive and dealt with every round very professionally.

Interview
Online tests (basic logic quizzes) followed by a group zoom interview (first part was a basic introduction, then broken into smaller groups for a group activity and a quick javascript lesson + mini quiz). After this got a phone call from their partnership team asking more about yourself and why you want to join tech).
