Interview
I went through the initial phone screening, assessment, and final video interview stages. I was given positive feedback on my assessment and I thought the interviews went well. However, I was notified that they didn't "feel that there is quite the right alignment" in the rejection email with no further details. If a candidate dedicated time and effort to complete your assessment, then I believe it's only fair that HR takes the time to clarify why my application didn't align with their needs.

Interview
I had a phone interview and then an in person interview with three people. The in person seemed to go well but then I never heard back from them. I reached out and they said they needed time to make a decision but its been a month and I haven't heard back. It's really disappointing because I was very excited about the position and the company. I thought they were more professional than that.
