1Tab interview questions

They don't have any process. First they arranged my interview with another product manager from their company who asked just 2 questions. 2nd round I was told will happen with a senior Product manager. Then I was told there is no senior product manager, you have to do an assignment. Asked me to write entire PRD for pricing and offer to curb churn. Gave the document in 1 day. After following up with them multiple times a call with CEO was setup. The guy came half an hour late to the call, asked me 2 questions about past experience and why I want to join the company. Upon asking whether he wants to discuss on the assignment, he told me he has not read the document. After coming 30 mins late to a meeting the guy took the interview for 15 mins. Then again I got a call from them saying we want to hire you and I'll arrange a final call with Senior HR. The recruiter always used to notify me about the call on the same day just 2-3 hours prior to the meeting and he did the same this time as well. The only thing after cancelling my plans for the day, the recruiter sent no meeting invites. I have not received any call after that. This entire process took 1 month. In short this company is run by a stupid CEO who doesn't even have any respect for other's time. I found him to be an ignorant fool who doesn't know anything about running a company. He can't even converse properly. The assignments, which they send are just free work they want to extract from the candidates. I can say this because they wanted to hire me for INSOWA but gave assignment for 1Tab. This company is totally phony in nature. After going through the CEO's profile one can easily make out what kind of a lame personality he is. All the positive reviews you see are fake. I had a word with a product manager, who left 1Tab, told me that no one knows what they are making. The CEO is an amateur noob. He has a habit of opening and closing statups. Before you even realize this company will also be in the ditch soon.
