I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at 1st Choice (Silver Spring, MD)
Interview
The interview was very inviting and relaxed. The interviewer was not at all uptight. She made it an personable yet professional experience. She gave great insight on the history as well as the goals of the company. She also was very clear in the expectations of the company.

Interview
They did not ask any specific questions that related to the job I was interviewing for. The lady asked a lot of personal questions and gossiped a lot. It made me extremely uncomfortable.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at 1st Choice in Sept 2013
Interview
Made two visits to their company. One for testing and the other for interview, They contacted me several times and had me fill out a slew of government paperwork with all of my personal information. Claimed they had seven positions to fill. I spent several hours doing this. They finally set up an interview with the government agency and when I got there three people were there but not the director I was suppose to work for. EVEN though I Was told it was an interview it was not they spent about five minutes with me and I left which tells me they already knew who they were hiring. I never have had this happen before and I am not sure if they wanted to use me for a statistic or what.
