3 Rounds. First round was a group interview with 4 other people. 2nd round was with a GM, and the 3rd was with the Assistant GM. 1st round was pretty extensive.

I was early at 1:45 to a 2pm group interview. General Manager said we'll start at 2pm, left the building to get a starbucks drink, came back 10 minutes late after 2pm, was on her phone talking to someone while a member wanted to cancel her membership with her. No signs of professionalism or customer service what so ever.
