1 phone screening, 2 in-person meetings, 1 assignment. Presented the assignment in the last round that was based on a real client deliverable.
Met with a couple of senior strategy folks. The conversations were casual but interesting. We talked a lot about our philosophies and approach to strategy, where we think digital media is headed, and the value of social in the complete marketing mix

Phone interview with a lovely recruiter. Asked to come in a few days later. They were very flexible with interview hours and allowed me to come in before work each time. Then I was given an assignment and was allowed to present in person. Finally, I met with account staff for cultural fit. Throughout the process, the internal recruiter was kind and prompt with replies.

Interview
Overall, most of the team was very pleasant to speak with. Some members of the team did not have a strong grasp of their own space. The senior management was pretty solid overall. Only feedback for the team would be more junior emlpoyees appreciate that the person sitting in front of you may know more about your business than you do
