I was invited to come into office to review my CV. Discussed my background and technical skills. Informal feeling and it made me feel at ease. After a few days I was offered a starting position via email.

Interview
First round was a simple preposition and basic grammar test for 20 marks.
Second was online research test,they'll ask you a question, you'll have to search in Google and answer the questions
Third was a personal interview. Regular questions like Y u wannabe a writer,qualifications....
