TLDR:
Phone screening with a recruiter followed by a video call with two developers before being told that they were passing on my application.
The recruiter was very nice and full of energy, it was a joy interacting with her. The technical interview with the other developers felt very pragmatic, low energy, and straight to the point. IE: "Do you have experience with x? What about y?" The technical interview felt more akin to just discussing experience in different technologies than an engaged conversation about the experience. Nothing wrong with that approach, but I prefer an engaged dialogue in interviews.
