I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at 49 Financial (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Very thorough interview process, ranging from phone calls to Zoom calls to a visit to their office in Atlanta, which is a shared workspace. One interview was a virtual interview with one of their higher-ups, I believe one of the founders. They were very nice people and very personable, getting to know you. Think they hire very much on character fits because there were hardly any questions about my experience and referring to my resume which was unusual.

Question 1
Once we got past phone calls that were very casual conversations, in the interview process, it was lots of just getting to know you. Different from your typical interview. They basically gave a presentation and asked throughout if it was making sense.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at 49 Financial (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Multiple phone calls, as well as in person meetings. They want to make sure every single one of your questions get answered. You will really get to know everyone long before they offer the job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at 49 Financial in Nov 2024
Interview
Very lengthy and not very technical, I was asked often how I was feeling and about my emotions. They seem to thrive on the new hires' family connections for insurance sales. This title should be "financial professional," it should just be an insurance salesman.
