Interview
They asked basic questions but kept interrupting me. They randomly did Excel test with no notice beforehand (not in the job posting or emailed). The person seemed uninterested when I entered the room, rushing the whole interview, and not even listening to my responses. The company seems unprofessional and rude. Reading others reviews makes sense.

Interview
1 round interview with 2 people and was extended an offer the very next day. A little too quick for comfort. Then I read the reviews on Glassdoor and panicked. Overall though I thought the director of social media was very nice and so was the other person I met with (although sketchy since I couldn’t find his LinkedIn and had no idea he would even be on the call). Also interested that they booked the interviews through phone call.

Interview
I had a brief phone interview with someone, followed by an invitation to an in-person interview with the owner. If the owner likes you during the interview, you can get hired on the spot and discuss your salary with him. There's no HR department, but the office admin (I can't remember the title) will give you a very simple Excel test – it's insanely easy, like a test you could pass without any work experience. I asked her about the company's benefits because no one had walked me through them, and she seemed to be very annoyed by the question. How can you accept a job offer without knowing what the company offers in terms of benefits? I quickly learned why she couldn't answer my question properly: because the company offers nothing.
