At 9xb, we actively respond to all interviewed candidates and also welcome candidates to get in touch if they would like further feedback regarding their application or interview. On this occasion, it looks like we fell short and have not provided you with feedback in a timely manor. We have unfortunately experienced some issues with our recruitment tool which has resulted in a couple of candidates not receiving a response from us. This has come to our attention following the receipt of this feedback and therefore we have now been able to respond to those affected.
