Fairly fast. The process starts with a quick orientation, then an aptitude test to assess your abstract thinking and pattern-finding skills. The test also includes writing a pseudocode, which is not strictly the basis for whether you get to the interview phase or not. I was informed through a text message that I passed the test and was invited to attend a job interview the next day. The job interview process was quite long, and they're judging you not based on your intellect, but your capacity to learn and stay in their training. I was accepted on the same day of the interview.
