I was told during the initial phone screen that the role was remote. I proceeded to give three rounds of interviews over the course of a month, clearing all of them. Only at the very end was I informed that the role actually mandates a hybrid schedule, requiring 8 days a month at the Pune location. Because this was contrary to what was originally promised, the offer was never released. I strongly suggest clarifying the actual working model before investing your time here.

The interview process is broken into 4 parts, starting in order: -Recruiting call (15-30 minutes) -Excel assessment (timed) -Case study (1 hour) -Behavioral interview (45-60 minutes) Straightforward process, and the recruiter will help along the whole process.
