Technical / Analytical Interview
This round assesses problem-solving and analytical skills. It may include:
Case studies or business scenarios
Data analysis questions
Excel, SQL, or basic modeling exercises
Logic and quantitative reasoning questions
Behavioral Interview(s)
Conducted by hiring managers or team members to evaluate teamwork, adaptability, stakeholder communication, and real-world application of analytical thinking. Questions often follow the STAR method.
Final Interview / Panel Interview
Senior leaders or cross-functional team members assess strategic thinking, long-term potential, and cultural fit. Candidates may be asked to present a case or discuss past projects.
Offer & Background Checks
Successful candidates receive an offer, followed by reference or background verification.
