Very easy for fresher. Salary increase is low. Suitable for "old" people that afraid of learning new technology. A lot of people on bench and they refuse to join project tho.
Moderate to difficult interview questions, total 3 rounds technical written exam, technical interview And HR round. First they selected as intern then gave 3 months training based on your performance they will give full time job
