Asked a lot of questions about clinical type scenarios including hot to go about creating a BSP, programming, handling conflicts with team members, working with parents on adhering to treatment plans, etc.

Talked to the recruiter, it took about a month or two to get an interview, then took about a month to be onboarded. Met with the training director, and learned all about the job. I wish training would have been broken up into easier segments, otherwise it goes in one ear and out the other.

Immediately hired for next position if you go through tuition assistance program. They make take a while to get you a caseload of clients but it is based on your location.
The interview was pretty straight forward and easy. It was not difficult at all. They wanted to know what was your career goals and also what you can bring to the table.
