Following a call from the Recruiter, I had 3 rounds of interview via phone call from the teams that this position requires regular interaction with. Barring one interviewer(who was incidentally the hiring manager) the other two interviewers weren't attentive and made me feel uncertain as to the direction of the outcome. However, every single time I passed and made it to the next round. The last round was supposed to be a presentation and I got an email from the recruiter saying that the presentation was tentatively going to be held on a certain date and they would have me fly to Miami for that. I prepped myself to be ready and as the date got closer and I had no further word from the recruiter, I started worrying. 2 days before the day they were supposed to fly me to Miami, I got an automated email from ADP that I am not found fit for the position and hence my candidature for that particular position comes to an end. I tried to reach the recruiter in vain and then emailed her asking for feedback. I desperately needed to understand what went wrong. I am sure I cleared the last but one round and therefore was told that I will have to take the hiring team through a presentation but no body from ADP got in touch with me or gave me any answers. I would also like to mention here that the recruiter never took/returned any of my phone calls through this process(which lasted a month). She would send me emails and expect me not to have any questions after that. Anyway, my verdict is that the interview process sucks at ADP and they need to improve their candidate interview experience.
