This is a very verrry shady business. I was given a verbal offer for a contracted position. Days later I requested the written offer be sent to me and the recruiter was completely taken aback by this request. He said he would put one together only to later call me and inform me that there was no actual offer, blaming the client company for this. The following week the same recruiter called to offer me an internal job, which I immediately declined. This company and the people there seem unprofessional from my experience. They give the Milwaukee tech industry a bad reputation and I don't recommend working with them.
