For most of the session, the interviewer mainly shared details about the company, its culture, and opportunities, rather than asking technical or specialized questions. It felt more like a discussion to encourage candidates to join the company and pursue licensing.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AIA Group
Interview
They do insurance sales. So the interview was more like a behavioural interview where they don't ask any technical questions. But the internship was not an internship but just something similar to program where they do sharing.
