Interview
I was contacted by them to set up an interview for a managerial position. I did not apply for any job positions online. They must have found my contact details and resume online. I am not interested in sales positions, even though managerial, so I refused to come for a personal interview.
I received several phone calls from different locations of the company with the same job offer.

Very basic questions over the phone. If I feel like managing people. They did want to provide more information about the position prior meeting them in person.
Interview comprised of two rounds. Questions targeted capability and were based on my resume. I felt comfortable speaking with the interviewers so I knew the team was a good fit for me.

How do you manage tight deadlines with conflicting deliverable dates?
good expereince overall and postive feedback. No complainst. I was received and asked for some questions that were easy to answer. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I didn't get the offer thoguyt.
Phone call to schedule In person interview at the Delaware office with hiring team and management personnel. Nothing unusual or exceptional. Described job, expectations, current issues, potential solutions, salary, benefits, etc.
