I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (Houston, TX) in Sept 2016
Interview
I interviewed with two managers at the same time and then the director. It was very laid back which made me feel really comfortable and helped with the nervousness. They explained the day to day functions of the job and basically asked about my previous work experiences and how would I handle different scenarios.
Calm, agreeable atmosphere. Interview was formal and informative. The supervisor who interviewed me made the conversation feel welcoming, and I had a clear understanding what the position entailed, with contact information should I have future questions.
Trying to follow up with recruiters is useless. They will not respond to emails or phone calls after interview is scheduled. Interviewer was very unprofessional. Timeline indicated for decision but you will need to continuously follow up because no one will respond.
