Interview
It was a phone interview conducted by an associate working at AIG. The process was pretty long which took approximate 45 mins. The questions were pretty much about your resume and background and very specific. Some behavioral questions as well.
HR call then meet with team members. Overall mostly behavioral questions, never got any technical questions. They seem to be more interested in cultural fit rather than technical skills. Very causal overall.

Interview
Casual and efficient. Screening call was casual: asking basic information of you and your experience and telling you about the position. In the next interviews they gave more role specific questions.
