      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AIG (Houston, TX) in Jan 2014

      Interview

      Standard process of recruiter phone screen, hiring manager phone interview, phone interviews with several stakeholders and team members in person. Questions seemed pretty standard and job description was accurate at time of interview, but job changed considerably within the first 6 months based on leadership changes.
