Phone interview followed by an in-person interview. Basically just asked to discuss professional experience and background. It took a couple weeks to line up a phone interview, then several weeks to have a one-on-one interview scheduled, and a month or so before any further decision.

Everything was pretty much conversational and as expected
Very standard interview. Was about sales and long term goals. Familiarity with retirement vehicles and when to apply them. Along with some role playing of scenarios. In this position the interview is generally a formality before hiring if you have the correct certifications.

(1) Recruiter Phone Interview to (2) District VP to (3) Regional VP. Phone interview was a screening interview. In-person was to assess your potential. Last interview was to go over the company, the business model, etc.
