The HR contacted me and gave a brief HR interview, asking me 5 basic qns like talk about your experience etc. Then I got scheduled an interview with the Head of the Department that I would have been working for. Nice guy, we had a chill conversation. He was asking me questions about motivation for the role, what i know about insurance, when through my past experiences etc. But follow-up was horrible. The Head of the department said that HR would contact me in a week. No emails or follow-through. I even emailed asking for an update and got ghosted. Very irresponsible. The HR should have replied to the email, even if it was just to reject.
