This role was a very exciting one for us to be able to open. In the process, as always, we focus on finding the best match for the role in a structured and thorough way. For our team, that means also completing a personality test for all roles. Thank you also for sharing your experience with the work test. While it was meant to be a quite challenging one as this fits the role, it was not our expectation for candidates to spend more than 2 hours on it.
