As CEO of the company, I want to sincerely apologize for this very unfortunate occurrence. In investigating this feedback, I have learned that our recruiter had an emergency and was unable to make the call without providing notice. Though our recruiter shared with me that she reached out to reschedule, that communication clearly did not make it to your inbox. Learning of this is painful, but your feedback is a gift as we have subsequently revised our processes to mitigate the risk of this happening again.
