Absolute worst place to interview. The recruiter just try to extend the process as much as possible. Eventually when we got to offer, he reduced the offer and then he delayed yet again to get me the written offer. Said they don't have headcount. Don't interview here. Its a waste of time.

Interview
There was a phone call and an architect guy. He asked to implement some function using collab edit web site, there he saw the coding process. The whole phone interview took 30 minutes. After the coding task we talked about project and future responsibilities.
