      Application

      I interviewed at ASCAP

      Interview

It consisted of 3 rounds that moved relatively quickly (which is nice, they don't waste time by dragging it out over the course of several months), one with HR, one with the team leads, and one with the seniors in the department. The HR one is pretty standard as was the one with the team leads (general tell me about your work experiences, etc) and the last one was a bit trickier as they ask about what you might do in certain scenarios relevant to the role
