easy and straight forward. They are very laid back and easy going when they were asking the questions. Also the managers doing the interview is usually very young also .

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
