The interview process was performed with a hiring manager and a floor manager (your boss should you be hired), one of the assistant unit managers (often your charge nurses) may also be present.
I was initially turned down for my applied position (Full time, nights) on one of the floors in the Buerger building, but was promptly referred to another floor in the Buerger building with a follow up interview. I received a position for Part time, Nights, but with full time hours. This was not a bad deal for me, as I was still on my parents' benefits at the time. Do note that you may request to formally change to full time, after your probation period, however, you will be required to maintain that position for 6 months afterwards.
