Abstract Project Manager interview questions

I applied online, had a call with a recruiter followed by a call with a hiring manager. These both went great so we moved into the team interview phase that included four separate Zoom calls (the company is remote-first so the whole interview process didn't require any on-sites which was extremely convenient). After the four calls, there was a "homework" assignment to demonstrate PM skills/thinking on a hypothetical company's product scenario. I appreciated the creativity that went into the project. Received an offer a week or so after the project.
