The interview process was pretty easy. As a safety professional, I expected that people in loss control would at least have a basic level of competence; however, that is not the case. The questions were not specific and did not require much intelligence to answer.

They sat me down and had me do an aptitude test. Then gave me a lot of helpful information about the company and then asked questions about my work and educational back ground.

Interview
Phone, then met with LC Director, UW Director, and Marketing Director. Next, met with Regional VP, and UW Leaders. Each person answered all of my questions very thoughtfully. I recommend researching each person that you interview with so that you can bring that up for conversation.
