Applied online, was contacted shortly after to arrange an in person interview. Met with 2 different people who asked some pretty basic questions. Nothing too difficult or unexpected - both were friendly.

Asking me random financial term definitions like trailing risk. The position was a Client Service position, not financial analyst. Seemed disappointed I wasn't on mark with my answer.

The interview process was extremely lengthy (approximately 4 months) and I had to routinely reach out several times for status updates. When asked if they had a particular timeframe to hire they would respond with “no, we’re just waiting for the right person.”
