This was an interview process that started off well, but went south very quickly. I applied on-line, and a day later got an email from HR to schedule an initial phone screen/interview. That was conducted just a couple of days later, and seemed to go very well. A subsequent email from the HR person indicated a few others were being interviewed, and I'd hear back in just a couple more days.
That was the last I heard from anyone there. I sent a follow-up email shortly after I'd been told I would hear from them, did not get an answer, so a few days after that, sent a second one. Again, no reply.
Nothing. Zip. Nada, Zilch. Radio silence.
HR is the department that should understand better than anyone the importance of what they call a "positive candidate experience". That they failed in this most basic responsibility brings everything else about the company into question.
